A really funny idea and I simply HAD to draw this. Tokibi is always fancying shiny/glittering stuff, so the Pure suits the bets for him.
He sits on Hiki his Japanese toad-mount dressed up as a money Toad. XD
But beware aboutRuma Da Ninjaaah~ lurking around to get his paws over the admireable Cherry Blossom crystal.
